Shipping policy

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.  Rates are based on the size and weight of packages.  Creations Christine has the responsibility of ensuring that shipments meet applicable legal regulations and will not reduce package size to conform to document type shipments unless items sold have met these requirements.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all applicable shipping charges.  Items will ship within 7 business days of receipt of payment.  Creations Christine will provide tracking information to Canadian customers once shipment has been confirmed.  International customers receive tracking information only on expedited packages.

Free shipping is available for local pickup of artistic yarns and batts only and for orders of more than $250.00, before applicable taxes.  Please contact us at creationschristineshop@gmail.com to arrange a local pickup.
