We accept returns and exchanges without problem under certain conditions.
If the conditions are not met, we cannot guarantee that you will be refunded or that your item will be exchanged.

But please don't hesitate to contact me if there is any problem with your order. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged given the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or there are issues with craftmanship.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for reasons of health / hygiene)
- Promotional items
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any lost value is the buyer's responsibility.
The fine print:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being re-shipped. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or sanitary products, hazardous materials, liquids or flammable substances.
Other non-recoverable items:
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer unless otherwise asked. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, or software that has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces for reasons that are not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your item returned and after its' inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the authorization or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be officially published due to your institution's processing time. If the refund has not been received and published after exceeding the institution's processing time, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide pictures of the defective/damaged item. If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we would issue a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your redeemed product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a shipping service that is traceable or has insurance in case of loss or damage. We cannot guarantee that we have received your returned item.
